Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Tou Dao Tang (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us about our San Diego head-spa studios.

Information we collect. We may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the consultation details you submit (scalp concerns, goals, preferences, and notes you share). Where you choose to share health-related details, for example pregnancy, allergies, or scalp conditions, so we can adapt your treatment, we use them only for that purpose and retain them no longer than needed. If you book through Vagaro or Fresha, those platforms process payment and booking data under their own policies.

How we use information. We use your information to respond to consultation requests, confirm availability, personalize your visit, improve our services, and communicate about appointments or studio updates you opt into.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, forms, booking platforms) and when required by law.

Retention & security. We keep consultation and contact information only as long as needed for studio operations and legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting the studio where you visit or emailing us through the contact details on this site.

Updates. We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Last updated: July 2026. © Tou Dao Tang.
